Destination Boudoir Photography - The Power of Wild Women

Well, I ran away with the circus. Again. Only this time I was part of the team – teaching, photographing, and sharing knowledge with the residents in Nicaragua. It was an entirely different experience to be working and hustlin’ while also sipping Pina Coladas on a beach in between aerial jams, yoga, and sacred clowning workshops. I went with the intention I always carry with me everyday: make good art. Oh, and did we ever accomplish that in my collaborative shoot with Lauren.

Lauren is one of those women you meet and you just go: d a m n. She has so much fire within her, and she exudes that into the world to help curate her dream life, and to help others do that for themselves. She is another woman who really embodies the narrative of lifting others while we climb. I saw so much of the mantras I hold dear to my heart reflected back in hers. Self love. Growth. Persistence. Celebration of self + others. Divine femininity. She embodies all of this and so much more… it was no surprise that by the end of her stay with Momentom I was asking the universe to bring our paths back together so we could continue creating art and hopefully changing lives. This dynamo babe is a yogi, and a healer through her retreats and workshops – if you’re not already falling head over heels in love with her, saunter over to her website and let the falling commence.
